LUNCH AND LEARN: SAN FRANCISCO HISTORY THROUGH FOOD
Our culinary guides are experts in San Francisco culinary history. Let us bring a 30-45 minute interactive presentation to your office. Your 3-course lunch and learn in your office will regale you with stories of San Francisco culinary history:
We’ll begin your meal with the story of green goddess dressing invented at the Palace Hotel, while you enjoy salad topped by this magical dressing.
Then, your entree will be a Mission-style burrito, while you hear the story of its invention and iteration in San Francisco.
Finally, for dessert, you’ll enjoy fortune cookies, invented by Mr. Hagiwara at the Japanese Tea Garden.
