Our culinary guides are experts in Los Angeles culinary history. Let us bring a 30-45 minute interactive presentation to your office. We’ll tell the story of dishes invented in Los Angeles beginning with an appetizers, an entree and dessert. While you’re hearing their stories, you’ll be able to eat and follow along.
We’ll begin your story with the founding of Los Angeles and the importance of the taco in Los Angeles culinary history. You’ll eat a delicious taco while enjoying taco lore.
Next, your entree will be world famous French Dip sandwich from Cole’s French Dip, the inventor of the French Dip Sandwich.
And finally for dessert you’ll eat a donut, and hear about the rise of the donut in Los Angeles.
