Can I purchase a gift certificate for any location?
Yes, you can gift a dollar amount here so that the recipient can choose their location. Most of our tours are equal to the dollar amount of $198 for 2 tickets without alcohol pairings or $250 for 2 tickets with alcohol pairings.

Can I purchase a gift certificate where the recipient can schedule any date or time?
The gift certificate includes a redemption code that they can use online to schedule which date and tour they’d like from our calendar of available public tours.

How does the gift certificate get delivered?
The gift certificate will be delivered to the email address you enter during the purchasing process. If you don’t want it delivered to the recipient right away, you can enter your own email address. The gift certificate email has a pdf attachment that you can print and deliver. Or you can simply forward the email whenever you’re ready to send the gift!

There is more than one recipient of the gift certificate. Am I able to send it to more than one email address?
Currently, our ticketing system can only accept one email address per gift certificate purchase. Although when it asks for the recipient name, you can put more than one name into the blank field.

Can I retroactively use a promotion code on previous purchases?
No, unfortunately, we’re not able to apply the discount code on any previous purchases. But you can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page for exclusive access to future discount codes and relevant news.
